Apex Insight is a predictive race-intelligence app operated by Apex Labs. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how you can delete your account.
Information We Collect
- Account information from Sign in with Apple, such as your Apple user identifier and, when Apple provides it, your name and email address.
- Profile and personalization choices, including favorite drivers, favorite teams, notification preferences, poll votes, and onboarding settings.
- App activity needed to operate the service, such as prediction requests, Ask Apex questions, sponsored-module interactions, cache records, and diagnostic events.
- Support and feedback messages you send to us.
- Device or browser information collected by our hosting, analytics, database, and security providers to keep the service reliable.
How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate your account, personalize race intelligence, deliver notifications you request, answer support requests, protect the service, monitor reliability, improve product quality, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party tracking. We share information with service providers that help run Apex Insight, including authentication, hosting, database, analytics, email, AI, and infrastructure providers. These providers process information for our app functionality and operations.
Photo Library
If you save an Apex wallpaper, iOS may ask for permission to add the image to your photo library. Apex uses that permission only to save the selected wallpaper and does not read your photo library.
Retention
We keep account and app data for as long as needed to provide Apex Insight, maintain security, resolve issues, and meet legal requirements. Cache and diagnostic records are retained only as long as needed for reliability and product improvement.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account in the Apex app from Profile, Help, Delete Account. Deleting your account removes your app profile, personalization records, poll votes, notification records, Ask Apex logs, personalized caches, and authentication account. You can also request deletion by emailing support@apexinsight.app.
Your Choices
You can update in-app profile preferences at any time, manage notifications through iOS settings, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
