What To Include

Response Time

We aim to respond to support requests within two business days. During race weekends, urgent reliability or account-access issues are prioritized.

Account Help

Apex Insight uses Sign in with Apple. If you cannot access your account, include whether you used Apple's private relay email feature so we can locate the right profile.

Subscriptions

If Apex Insight offers an App Store subscription in your region, billing, cancellation, and refunds are managed by Apple. You can manage subscriptions from iOS Settings, Apple Account, Subscriptions. Email us if premium features are not unlocking after purchase.

Delete Your Account

You can delete your account in the Apex app from Profile, Help, Delete Account. You can also request deletion by emailing support@apexinsight.app.
