These terms govern your use of Apex Insight. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Apex Insight provides predictive Formula 1 race intelligence, driver context, strategy narratives, wallpapers, polls, and related app features. Predictions and model outputs are informational and may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong.

No Betting, Financial, or Professional Advice

Apex Insight is not a gambling, betting, financial, or professional-advice product. Do not use predictions or race intelligence as the sole basis for wagers, purchases, safety decisions, or other high-stakes choices.

Accounts

The app uses Sign in with Apple for account access and personalization. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account in the app from Profile, Help, Delete Account.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape or overload the API, reverse engineer non-public systems, submit abusive content, or use Apex Insight in a way that violates applicable law or harms others.

Intellectual Property

Apex Insight, the app design, software, written analysis, models, and original assets are owned by Apex Labs or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the service except as allowed by law or by written permission.

Independent Product

Apex Insight is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Formula 1, FIA, Formula One Licensing BV, Formula One World Championship Limited, any team, any driver, or any related rights holder. Formula 1, F1, team names, driver names, race names, and related marks are trademarks or properties of their respective owners.

Third-Party Data and Services

The service may display or derive insights from public race, timing, weather, media, and provider data. Third-party services may change, fail, or restrict access, which can affect app features.

Warranty Disclaimer

Apex Insight is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free predictions, or the accuracy, availability, or completeness of any data or output.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Apex Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or losses arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
